BixDesktop 2.5.4 broke authentification

Since I upgrade to 2.5.4 on bixDesktop, I'm not able to connect to agents with ssl&user/password...... It tries to connect but I never get prompted for user/pw. Nor do I get timeout.... This is only with agents. It still works with a server that requires user/pw over secure socket....

Any ideas?

By bad. It's not 2.5.4 Desktop that made that situation. I did. I don't know how to configure user/password on bisServer to access agents.... On my agents, I user SSL and a user/pw to protect access. From BixServer, where do I tell the server what user/pw to use in order to access the agent???

In BixDesktop under Setup->Security there is an option for Agent Authentication.
By default the username is server, you can delete that user and add your own, or just change the default password in the server and agents for the username 'server',

All agents needs to use the same username and password.

That is the point I didn't get. All agents must have the same user/password.

It's working now. Tks.
