Bixagent hanging keeps Centos from booting

I am seeing the following in Centos when trying to bootup:

Starting atd: [ OK ]
BixAgent: nohup: appending output to '/home/bixuser/nohup.out'

I see nothing more after this and it fails to boot. Any ideas?

Are you starting bixagent as

Are you starting bixagent as a service during boot?

Can you post your daemon script here?
