What's in store for 3.0?

I have been following the project for a long time now and am glad to see 2.8 make it out the door. Great job guys. It's been a while between the 2.7 and 2.8 release so I was wondering if a lot of teh development is going into the 3.0 branch (if there is one)?

3.0 will include agent capability to offload and load balance work, especially for servers that are under heavy load.
3.0 also has many new features for the cloud and cloud management which we call 'Mixed Cloud'. Actually, 'Mixed Virtualization/Mixed Cloud'.
