Notification on high server load

I am looking for a feature where it is possible to trigger an action when a server goes over for example 50% average CPU load, or a certain amount of average waiting time for processing.
This would work very simular to the other service checks, only looks at the data being collected.
I found my way to the old website and believe that the function above was available in previous versions (which seems to have a lot more functions looking at the screenshots).
I assume the functionallity of the old version will be intergrated into the new version as well?

We will incorporate many of the advanced monitoring features for cpu, memory and disk space from version 0.xx into version 2.2. 2.2 is due in about 2 weeks.
